I am a Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teacher specializing in the Vinyasa and restorative styles. I am also certified in pre- and postnatal yoga, appropriate for mothers in every stage of their pregnancies and their postnatal period. All of my classes are infused with encouragement to build strength and flexibility, but maybe more importantly, to focus on conscious breath, to be present, to calm the mind, to set intentions, and to carry the benefits of yoga with you form your mat into your everyday life.  


Let's Practice Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way to increase muscle and joint flexibility, tone your body, and improve your stamina. Maybe more significantly, however, this ancient science teaches us to find the mental space and clarity to be more present and aware in our lives. When we give ourselves this gift, we also unconsciously share it with everyone we encounter in our everyday lives. 
I am available for private and semi-private yoga sessions, as well as group classes at offices or private events. I'll come to you for our session, or, if you don't have an appropriate space, we can hold our class in my home.
